To connect your Instagram profile to Kitly, you must have a Business or Creator account.
If you have a Personal account, simply follow the below steps to change your account type:
Open Instagram App
Go to your Settings
Go to Account
Switch to Professional account
5. Follow the steps to choose either a Business or Creator account.
6. Connect your Facebook page. You'll see a list of your Facebook Business pages here and an option to Create a Facebook page. How to link your Instagram profile to a Facebook Business page.
You now have an Instagram Professional account and can connect to Kitly!
*Note Your Instagram profile needs to be connected to a Facebook Business page that you are the Admin of to connect to Kitly.
