Kitly & Kitly Business start collecting and storing Instagram Story insights and media from when a talent connects their Instagram profile to their Kitly account. From this point on we archive talent's Story posts.
Video Stories that are added to a report within 60 days of being posted will retain the ability to play/view the video. Video Stories older than 60 days that have not been added to a report will retain the thumbnail image and insights but lose the ability to be played/viewed.
*Note*
Instagram Grid Post Media: Available anytime (as long as the talent haven't deleted or archived the post)
Instagram Grid Post Insights: Available from the point that the talent's Instagram account became a "Professional Account" (Business or Creator)
Instagram Story Media & Insights: Available from the time the talent connects their Instagram profile to their Kitly account. (Videos are churned after 60 days from post date unless included in a report within 60 days of post date)
