Having issues signing up or linking your social channels to the Kitly App?

There can be a few reasons you're unable to Sign Up, Sign In or connect your social channels to the Kitly App. Please follow the below troubleshooting to help get you set up.

Having Trouble Signing Up?

You may already have a Kitly account.

Kitly was previously known as Q-83. f you had signed up to Q-83 in the past your account will have been transferred over to Kitly. Your log-in details will be the same.


Having Trouble Signing In?

Forgot your password?

Simply follow the Forgot Password link in the Kitly App when signing in or click the button below. You'll receive an email to reset your password.


Having Trouble Connecting Your Social Channels?

To link your Instagram profile, please check:

Once you have confirmed the above:

  1. Open the Kitly App

  2. Sign In

  3. Go to Settings

  4. Manage Account Channels

  5. Add Channel

  6. Sign In with Facebook

  7. Select the social channels you would like to add to Kitly

Your social accounts will now show on the Activity page of the Kitly App.

*Note* Insights and media can take a few minutes to load initially.


Advanced Troubleshooting

If you have followed the above and are still having issues with connecting your social channels please follow the below:

  1. Log into Facebook on your laptop

  2. Select "Business Integrations" from the list on the left

  3. You should see Kitly here. Select the box next to Kitly and click Remove.

Once you have removed Kitly as above, please then:

  1. Open the Kitly App

  2. Sign In

  3. Go to Settings

  4. Manage Account Channels

  5. Add Channel

  6. Sign In with Facebook

  7. Allow Kitly Access to Facebook

  8. Select the social channels you would like to add to Kitly

Your social accounts will now show on the Activity page of the Kitly App.
