Having Trouble Connecting Your Instagram Account?
To link your Instagram profile, please check:
Your Instagram profile is a Business or Creator account. How to change your Instagram profile to a Business or Creator account.
Your Instagram profile is connected to a Facebook Business page that you are the Admin for. How to link your Instagram profile to a Facebook Business page.
Once you have confirmed the above:
Open the Kitly App
Sign In
Go to Settings
Manage Account Channels
Add Channel
Sign In with Facebook
Select the social channels you would like to add to Kitly
Your social accounts will now show on the Activity page of the Kitly App.
*Note* Insights and media can take a few minutes to load initially.
