How Do I Accept Invitations From Agencies/Brands?

Accepting invitations to connect from Agencies and Brands

There are a few ways you can accept an invitation sent to you by an Agency or Brand who use Kitly Business.

Accepting an invitation in the Kitly App

  1. You receive a notification

2. Open the Kitly App > Go to Brands > Connect

3. You're now connected to your Agency/Brand!

Accepting an invitation by email (I already have a Kitly Account)

  1. You receive an invitation to connect by email.

  2. Click the "Accept" button.

  3. You're now connected to your Agency/Brand!

*Note: If you can't find this email in your inbox, please check your Junk/Spam folder.

Accepting an invitation by email (I don't have a Kitly Account yet)

  1. You receive an invitation to join Kitly by email.

  2. Click the "Join Kitly" button.

  3. Complete the Sign Up steps and connect your social profiles.

  4. You're now connected to your Agency/Brand!
